This morning, dozens of vendors and artisans gathered at the Lake Havasu Farmers Market. They set up shop for many eager customers, selling everything from hand made soaps to sweet confections.

The shared kitchen space, The KAWS, hosts this popular community event on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon. The vendors fill the inside of the business and even more are gathered outside for a true variety of groceries and goods.

Some standout shops are Edwina’s Wellness offering samples of flavored mushroom soda and The Homemade Hut, a newcomer to the Farmer’s Market.

Brianna Young said that The Homemade Hut, selling pickled vegetables, fruit and pepper spreads, opened just three months prior and this was their second appearance at the Farmers Market.

“This is our community coming together,” Young said of the Saturday market. “This is people being creative. People that put their heart and soul into their crafts.”
