The Dustin Runyon Real Estate team celebrated its first anniversary of business on Thursday evening. The “Paint the Town Sold” event was at Mudshark Brewery and Public House. More than 250 community members attended the event.

The party was thrown with the intent of multiple purposes. The first being an anniversary celebration of the team for a successful first year.

“The whole experience is great, and we are way further than we thought we’d be. We didn’t expect to be where we are at. It’s because of the great team we have. Being with good people makes it easy. It is amazing that all of these people showed up for us tonight,” said Brandon Ober, Director of Operations, Dustin Runyon Team.

The team is led by Dustin Runyon. Runyon is the former CEO of Keller Williams Real Estate. One year ago, he decided to leave that position to create his own team.

Runyon’s team consists of 10 members, many of which are fresh to the real estate field.

“Working on the team is working with people who are willing to be vulnerable, grow, and hit their goals and set them high. Tonight is amazing. We are so happy with the turnout. It was like 5:05p and there was almost a room full,” said Jenna Czarnecky, real estate agent, Dustin Runyon Team.

The intention of the team is to not only provide the best care for buyers and sellers but to also create a cohesive workplace culture for budding agents to grow to their desired successes.

“If they bring their drive and hunger with them, we wanted to create a system where they can succeed on a massive level. We give structure, systems, training, and leadership to the real estate process. I believe a real estate agent who has structure, education, and consistency in leadership can take care of their sellers in a really great way,” Runyon said.

The second goal of the evening was to thank the community members of Lake Havasu City for their unending support for the team. Without them, the team may not have reached an astonishing $25 million in first-year sales.

“What better way to celebrate [our anniversary] than to thank the city. We wanted to not just invite customers but the whole city, whoever wants to come. I am so humbled by their support,” Runyon said.

When not in the office leading the advantageous team of agents, Runyon is a founding board member of local charity, Only Orchids Charity Group. The party aimed to also raise funds for the charity with the sale of Paint the Town Sold and Dustin Runyon Team merchandise.

Food and Beer crafted by Mudshark Public House were provided free to party-goers by the team.

Paint the Town Sold provided attendees with an array of party amenities. S’mores Bar, Kid-Friendly Paint Party Photo Booth, and Live DJ kept attendees entertained for the four-hour event.

“It’s so awesome having people [at Paint the Town Sold] that love us and care about us,” said Chloe Martell, Dustin Runyon Team.

Paint the Town Sold was aimed as a thank you for all that have supported the Dustin Runyon Team over the past year. They have said they are very humbled and are eager to continue to serve Lake Havasu City for years to come.
