If one drives by Birch Street in Lake Havasu City, they find notes with positive affirmations displayed for others to read or leave behind as well.
The kindness movement “Stick To Kindness” is geared toward spreading smiles and cheer to anyone who can use it.
It began after local resident Angela Lynn Herzog traveled to California and saw a display filled with notecards with written positive messages on display in Laguna Beach.
The display in Laguna Beach dubbed “Catch the Kindness Wave ” was so beautiful according Herzog, and she knew she had to bring a similar display to Lake Havasu City and named it ” Stick To Kindness.”

“As I spent time on social media I realized there was so much discouragement and crime happening. I wanted to try to change our mindsets by having people stop and take a moment to share a few words of kindness,” said Herzog.
Herzog also says this is a place where anyone can stop by if they are having an off day and soak in some inspiration.
“This kindness project makes my heart so full,” she adds. Herzog also encourages others to come by and be inspired by the beauty of kindness.
Leave a note of encouragement at this display outside 2163 Birch Square Suite A. Bring a card or note to attach.
Herzog invites other businesses or individuals to create their own display and share their thoughts and photos with her on the “Stick To Kindness” Facebook page.
