The Great Chihuahua Races Set For May 5

Ready, Set, Bark! Chihuahuas from around Lake Havasu are gearing up for the Great Chihuahua Races! The races are this Tuesday, May 5 at Paws and Claws Animal Care. Registration for the event begins at 4:30pm and the races start at 5:30 and is free.

Water will be on hand to keep your dog hydrated, but it is encouraged for pet owners to bring their own as well. Light refreshments will also be available at the Animal Care. Pet owners may dress up their pooches to the nines in their favorite Cinco De Mayo attire. Paws and Claws asks that all shots are updated and a waiver needs to be signed at the races.
