Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 10 a.m., Laila Morris and Jennifer Collins, owners of The Book Exchange, host free Storytime For Kids.

After stories are read, kids can play at a crafting table and have snacks.

More than 30 teachers from throughout the school system have started a wish list shelf inside the store and are asking for the community’s help in filling the lists of books that will be used in their classrooms. So far, 19 of the wish-list books have been donated but plenty more are still needed.

Storytime will continue throughout the summer. The Book Exchange is located at 2029 McCulloch Blvd.
