Annual London Bridge Renaissance Fair Set For Friday Through Sunday

There is an opportunity to be transported back to medieval times and experience enchanting knights jousting, whiskey tastings, belly dancers and much more at the 8th annual London Bridge Renaissance Faire and Joust presented by Anderson Toyota at SARA Park Rodeo Grounds, happening  Friday through Sunday.

Each year, guests have the opportunity to browse through an array of artisan vendors and also view nonstop shows or take part in all of the action of a special quest in order to save the queen by becoming a courtier. Attendees may also train to become a knight!

“I am thrilled to announce that the event is finally upon us this weekend,” said London Bridge Renaissance Fair & Joust Director, Melanie Preston. New this year, on Friday night, we will have a concert. It’s the Black Donnelly’s so we are pairing, Irish music with traditional UK. We will also have (Social media personality) Jacques  Ze Whipper.”

Preston says a lot of the same shows and evening activities as last year will return, those include a Twilight Faire where belly dancers, jugglers, a gun powder show and a fire finale will take place (Saturday night only).

Other activities such as Queen Mary’s Alchemy Tea, archery competitions, educational whiskey tastings are included in an extra add-on price.

“It’s been an incredible journey, taking us four days to meticulously set up the grounds, transforming them into a vibrant village from the past,” Preston said. “We can’t wait to welcome everyone to experience the excitement of this immersive historical transformation in Lake Havasu City.”

Tickets for general admission are $20 or presale online for $15 for admission inside the Faire for the whole event.

Military and first responders $15 and $10 presale online. Kids ages 5-12 years are $5.

Friday, gates open at noon, and close at 8 p.m.

On Saturday, gates open at 10 a.m., and close at 10 p.m.

Sunday, gates open at 10 a.m., and close at 5 p.m.
