Second graders at Starline Elementary School got a lesson in the life cycle of a butterfly Friday afternoon. Caterpillars were brought into the classrooms two weeks ago and the children got to watch the caterpillars turn into butterflies within their habitat, and then released them on Friday as well when the “Painted Ladies” turned into adult butterflies.
