Who couldn’t use a new set of wheels? Well, this weekend, Danny’s Marketplace is donating a car to be raffled. Even better, the tickets are free.
How can a Havasuvian get their hands on a free ticket for a chance to win a car? Here are the easy steps:
- Visit any or all of the following 12 sponsors:
Paradise Auto and Truck Center
The A Team- Keller William Arizona Living Realty
- Take a picture of the decal on the window of the business.
- Go to Danny’s Marketplace on Facebook and become a member.
- Post the picture to Danny’s Marketplace.
- Show the business owner the posted picture and receive your ticket.
- Visit as MANY businesses as possible, you can get a ticket from all 12 sponsors!
For those unable to visit the sponsors during the week, all sponsors will be present Saturday at Windsor 4. One grand-prize winner will receive a 2002 Taurus 4-door sedan in great condition plus free oil changes for 1-year from Lakeside Automotive.
There will be games, vendors, food and prize giveaways every hour starting at 9 a.m. Prizes include gift certificates to Chili’s, Fiesta Mexicana, Detail Specialists and much more.
The Norona Effect will be hosting the beer garden all weekend. All funds raised by the beer garden will go directly to The Norona Effect, with 10 percent of overall events funds go directly to Norona Effect.
The Norona Effect is a Lake Havasu City based nonprofit that focuses on helping Lake Havasu children in need of help with health issues. They help with transportation to children’s hospitals outside of Lake Havasu City, lodging, fuel and other miscellaneous costs. Every dime the Norona Effect raises stays in Lake Havasu to help children.
The party goes from Saturday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m., at Windsor 4 off London Bridge Road.
