Domestic Violence Awareness Walk Set For Sunday

The Annual “Save A Life” Domestic Violence Awareness walk, hosted by the Haven Family Resource Center, is set for Sunday,  at Rotary Community Park.

The event is in its fourth year and is hosted by the organization to honor National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and to raise funds to help victims of domestic violence. The center also works to raise awareness and provide assistance for victims of crime, sexual assault and also provides case management.

The walk will begin at Rotary Park Ramada A, located at 1400 S. Smoketree Ave. You may register at Universal Gymnastics, 2775 Kiowa Blvd.; H.A.V.E.N. Family Resource Center, 2174 McCulloch Blvd. N.; Action Sports, 1651 McCulloch Blvd. N.; and Pink Closet, 191 Swanson Ave., Suite 1.
