Three judges then tasted each dish and gave their scores. The judges were Chef Christopher Gallaga, of WCEC, Chef Carolyn Frey and Chef Alana Johnson.
Guests at the event were given samples from all of the resteraunts and wine tasting was also available. The live auction that was held was emcee’d by Tim Diskin of Jack F.M. radio and Darrell Sheets of “Storage Wars”.
W.A.V.E students from Lake Havasu High School were on hand to serve the food at the event.
