Gold Star Moms Honored With Candlelight Ceremony

Gold Star Mothers were honored in Lake Havasu at a candlelight ceremony Sunday evening at Wheeler Park.

The women were honored by the Lake Havasu Military Moms, city officials, and local residents as a thank you for their children making the ultimate sacrifice for their country.

Mandee Bielecki sang the National Anthem, Mayor Cal Sheehy and Leo Biasiucci spoke, and candles were lit in honor of the Gold Star Mothers.
