For those with a need for speed and a chance to experience cars racing by them, the Havasu 95 Speedway and 10th anniversary season event is the place to be on Saturday.

“It is going to be great and a lot of fun for everyone,” said Bill Rozhon, Track Manager at Havasu 95 Speedway. “Because of the heat, we will have everyone out along with the cars on the track closer to race time.”

This Saturday, the schedule will feature race cars that include “Get -N- Gear Street Stocks”-Twins 25’s, Havasu Wiring Outlaw Karts, and Sam Nichols Factory Stocks, along with Maintenance Solution Team Factory.

New this year spectators and racers can also expect upgrades around the track and a one-sixteenth-mile dirt track that sits in the infield of the quarter-mile asphalt oval, and a snack bar in the pits for racers.

General admission to the event is $12, kids ages 6 through 16 are $6, Kids 5 and under are free. Seniors, members of the military and handicapped: $10, and Family Packs which include 2 adults and 2 children are available for $25. VIP seating is available for $25. Lake Havasu High School students with school ID during ticket purchase get a $1 discount.

Gates open at 5 p.m., and races begin at 7 p.m. inside Havasu 95 Speedway at SARA Park, located at 7260 Dub Campbell Parkway.
