Lake Havasu City Rotary clubs gave a very important gift to third-graders today. It is the gift of words. Approximately 600 dictionaries were presented to the students today, giving them the gift of learning how to spell words and what they mean.

Lisa Krueger of the Lake Havasu City Rotary Club said, “The Lake Havasu City Rotary Club has been doing this dictionary project for a number of years and every year it is a highlight of our overall program to make life better for the youth of Lake Havasu City.”

The dictionaries were presented by Rotary club members to all third graders in the Lake Havasu Unified School District, Telesis Preparatory Academy, Havasu Preparatory Academy and Calvary Christian School.
