Runners Hit The Trails At The 2nd Annual Lizard Peak Scramble

AZAK Event Company hosted its second annual Lizard Peak Scramble 5k/10k event Saturday morning.

The event was at SARA Park and everyone hit the trails at sunrise after the National Anthem and a special flyover.

“It went really well. Super stoked. What was exciting was seeing the number of new people that ran the event and the number of people that came from out of town. They loved it. It was a great morning and beautiful sunrise too.”  said event organizer Tony Rivello.

282 runners registered for the event and DJ Myn was on hand to keep them energized with music at the start line.

Havasu on the Rocks will be held March 27, 2027.
