Witchy Vibes in the Bridgewater Channel

Lake Havasu took on a scary vibe Sunday morning, when the Witch Paddle took place in the Bridgewater Channel.

According to event organizer, Alex Brutel, 930 participants were registered this year for the event. There were also a few new changes to go along with the Lake Havasu Witch Paddle.

New for 2026, participants gathered at the Nautical Beachfront Resort as their starting point, paddled to the London Bridge, turned around in front of the London Bridge, and paddled back to the Nautical where they listened to music and enjoyed the planned festivities.

The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Havasu Police Department, and Lake Havasu Marine Association all had boats on the water to ensure safety for the witches on their paddleboards.
