Cancer Survivors Celebrated At Annual Breakfast

The Cancer Association of Havasu hosted its annual Cancer Survivors Breakfast Saturday morning at Shugrue’s Bridgeview Room.

More than 200 people enjoyed a morning of music performances by Grace Arts Live, breakfast and a candle-lighting ceremony.

The celebration is dedicated to all the cancer survivors in Lake Havasu City.

Evie Cistaro present the Lena Angel Award to Sharon Blackwell. Cistaro also presented a tribute to a city philanthropist who recently succumbed to the disease – Kathy Hodel.
