On Jan. 21, Soroptimist International of Lake Havasu City presented Kara Simons, a student at Mohave County College, with this year’s Live Your Dream education and training award.
Simons now enters the Soroptimist International Golden West Region’s competition for an even larger award to be presented later this year.
