The Soroptimist International of Lake Havasu City hosted its 45th Annual House and Garden Tour Sunday afternoon. Participants visited five homes, each displaying unique styles. Proceeds from the tour benefit Soroptimist International.

The home pictured in this article, is  newly constructed Spanish-style, owned by Bob Bader and Joan Panasiti. It is a 6,000-square-foot, three-bedroom home with a casita and pool.

The S-Club from Lake Havasu High School was also at this home with a bake sale fundraiser.
