The 37th annual Winterfest, hosted by the Lake Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce, kicked off Saturday and will continue today featuring hundreds of vendors.
Many types of vendors are at the event with everything from T-shirts to solar panels for homes and homemade goods.
One popular vendor at Winterfest that had a steady stream of customers is TK’s Crochet and Craft Shop.
The business is owned by a family of nine and everything is handmade. One of the shop owners, Mia Bolpa, said the family makes key fobs, wallets, wristlets and over-the-shoulder handbags. All designs are printed on vinyl.
Another popular vendor is NOLA Flames. This vendor was named “Most Innovative Product” at the Maricopa County Home Show in 2022.
Local vendors and food trucks are also at the Winterfest and you can find lemonade, corndogs and grilled-cheese sandwiches.
A kids zone of inflatables is available on the grass park near Querio and a beer garden with bands is also available there for adults.
The event is on McCulloch Boulevard from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday.
