Lake Havasu High School’s open house brought parents and students to the campus on Tuesday evening. The first day of school is Thursday.
The students got to visit their classrooms and meet their teachers for this upcoming school year.
Open house is an excellent opportunity for incoming freshmen to know how to get from class to class, along with knowing a little bit about what supplies they will need.
Teachers put names to faces as they meet their students at the open house, also learning their students’ needs or what the student wants to learn from the class.
Lake Havasu High School’s Student Council sold water and invited the Pop Culture dirty soda truck to sell sodas.
Some of the elementary schools also hosted open houses, as everyone prepares for the school year to begin.
