“At 20 years old, Lake Havasu City resident Ryder Bliss is living proof that determination has no limits. Throughout his life, Ryder has overcome challenges that many people could never imagine. Instead of letting obstacles define him, he has chosen to face them with courage, resilience, and an incredible competitive spirit.

Ryder is a proud Special Olympics athlete, where he has demonstrated outstanding dedication, sportsmanship, and perseverance. Whether competing or encouraging others, he inspires everyone around him to believe that anything is possible with hard work and heart.
Beyond the Special Olympics, Ryder has developed a passion for high-performance jet ski racing, competing at an impressive level alongside some of the sport’s best racers. His love for speed, adventure, and competition has made him a role model both on and off the water.
Ryder is honored to be a special guest at this All Abilities event. His race jet ski will be on display as a symbol of what can be achieved when determination overcomes adversity. Ryder is excited to meet everyone, share his story, and sign autographs.
Ryder hopes his journey reminds others that disabilities do not define a person’s potential. With courage, family support, and a never-give-up attitude, dreams really can become reality. The only limits are the ones you refuse to overcome.”
“Hello, my name is Alyssa Tudor. I am 21 years old and proudly grew up in Mohave Valley, Ariz. I am honored to serve as the 2026 Colorado River Round up Needles Rodeo Queen.
From a young age, I’ve learned what it means to adapt, overcome, and never give up. In the blink of an eye, my life changed when I was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. One moment I was walking, and the next I was facing paralysis.
Through determination, faith, and the support of those around me, I refused to let my circumstances define me.

That experience shaped the person I am today. It taught me resilience, courage, and the importance of taking life by the reins. Those lessons continue to guide me both in and out of the arena.
As Rodeo Queen, I am proud to represent the western way of life, encourage the next generation, and share a message of perseverance. No matter what obstacles life places in your path, with heart, grit and determination, anything is possible.
I am very excited to see you all that the Havasu All Abilities Resource Fair and answer all your questions! Hope to see you all there!”
